The 2019 SIA National Health and Safety Conference will be held from 22-23 May at the International Convention Centre (ICC) Sydney.
The conference will challenge the thinking of health and safety professionals and set the agenda for the future of safety. The program will showcase some of the best national and international speakers who will explore the conference theme: Back to the Future.
Thought leaders will reflect on where we have been as safety professionals, where we are today and provide insights into where we are headed in the future. Experts will also discuss how the profession has been shaped by social, culture, political, promotional, organizational and technological influences and how they have impacted the way we work.
The program will provide a platform for stakeholders across various industries and disciplines to reconnect with the purpose, contributions and stewardship associated with being a health and safety professional.
The two-day conference will be bookended by a series of events including the OHS Education Awards, the annual Eric Wigglesworth Memorial Lecture, Conference Dinner, Aspiring Leaders breakfast and a Women in Leadership Workshop.
This is an opportunity for your organisation to:
– Demonstrate that you are at the cutting edge
– Engage with the leaders in this important field
– Contribute to Work Health and Safety in Australia and throughout the world
