In a fast faced technology focused work environment (4th industrial revolution – digital information age), there is a lot of focus on IT hardware and software skills, I want to put the focus back on ethical human business skills and values, especially in the area compliance or certification through an a WHS & Risk audit process, including the consequences for failing to comply and the advantages ethical standards can have for an organisation. I will also talk about stakeholders and how to conduct an ethical WHS & Risk audit.
